I’m Olivia and I'm the Founder & CEO of Risk Habitat. I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of risk, leadership and human behaviour. As a Board Director, Chief Risk Officer and CEO, I’ve seen firsthand how risk culture is shaped not by intent, but by what people experience when it really matters.
Risk Habitat brings together this lived experience with deep insight into human behaviour, decision-making under pressure, and how organisations can hold risk and opportunity without losing trust or momentum.
Whether you’re a leader trying to influence habits, a team navigating uncertainty, or an organisation building resilience, my mission is simple: to make risk culture tangible, practical, and human.
